Cancellation
Policy

-Customers can cancel or modify their reservation with 45
calendar days or more notice at no charge or for a full refund.

-Cancellations inside of 45 calendar days, other than weather or mechanical related, per Captains sole discretion, is forfeiture of all funds paid to date.​

-Cancellations can also occur when a shared trip does not receive reservations for at least 4 (four) seats on the trip. Shared trips of 3 (three) or less can be cancelled for not meeting the required passengers.

We will make every effort to promote and fill each and every shared trip.

In the event of cancellation, deposits will be refunded in full. Cancellations would be determined 1 day prior to the date of the scheduled shared trip. (This does NOT apply to any Private reservation, you do have the option to change your reservation from shared to Private by notifying the Captain.)
